Hidden Treasure - Sunol Wilderness Area

My first time into Sunol - Ohlone Wilderness Area.
  Absolutely a Hidden Treasure.

A true dog wonderland with great walks and vistas.
For two hours three Hungarian Pointers ran, hunted and swam in this Hidden Treasure in the East Bay Hills.

The park ranger, who mans the kiosk at the park entrance, told me that on a nice summer weekend over 200 dogs visit this park for off-leash enjoyment.
The park opens at 8:00 am. Sunday morning there was a line of 10 cars and trucks waiting when it opened.
An early start in the summer makes for a great hike.

Looking forward to exploring this hidden gem!

Thanks for a great hike and getting us into rattlesnake aversion training. We will definitely be returning to this spot!
