Best use of a bark collar

I am a firm believer in the intelligent use of a high-quality training collar.
Dog bark collars are one of the worst ways to train your dog to not bark. These safes yet effective training collars do not harm your pet in any way and assist in preventing annoying howling at night or over aggressive barking during a hunt. Thanks a lot!
